June Long Brasher

June Long Brasher, 79, of Grand Rivers passed away on Saturday February 4, 2017 at her residence.
Mrs. Brasher was a homemaker and member of Mint Spring Baptist Church in Tiline. In her spare time she loved sewing, cooking, gardening, and canning. But, most of all she loved spending time with her loving family.
Surviving is her husband of 50 years, Bill Brasher; two sons, Darrell Holley of Grand Rivers, Kim Brasher of Grand Rivers; one daughter, Kathy Brasher Main of Paducah; one sister, Paula Stinnett of Smithland; eight grandchildren, Justin, Melanie, Jade, Andrew, Ashley, Crystal, William, Christopher; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one son, Ricky Holley; two brothers, Harry Long and Bill Long; and one sister, Verden Smith. Her parents were Joe and Alberta Long.
Funeral services will be at 7:00pm on Wednesday February 8, 2017 at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Bennie Chandler officiating.
