Leona Faye Teitloff

Smithland

Faye Tramble Teitloff, 74, of Smithland passed away at her home January 9, 2021. Mrs. Teitloff was retired from the Kentucky Department of Social Services. Her hobbies were gardening, genealogy, studying history, and writing. She was an active member of the Livingston County Historical Society, receiving the Lifetime Achievement in 2013. In 2008 she published a book on the history of Livingston County and, for several years, contributed an article called “Pathways to the Past” to the Livingston Ledger.

Surviving are three sons, Tim (Jana) Teitloff of Anderson, SC; Kevin Teitloff of Smithland; Kendall Teitloff of Smithland; one brother, Tony Tramble of Cadiz; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Teitloff; her parents, Normie and Fanny Tramble; and one brother, Roy Tramble.

The family will holding a private memorial service..
