Mary Ernestine (Watson) McDonald

Mary Ernestine McDonald, 79, of Grand Rivers passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2020 at Parkview Nursing and Rehab in Paducah.

Mrs. McDonald is a homemaker. She enjoyed listing to country music and spending time with her family. She was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are her two sons, Michael J. (Dilly) McDonald of Tiline and Randall D. McDonald of Grand Rivers; two grandchildren, Brandon McDonald and Brandi McDonald; three great-grandchildren, Madison McDonald, Evan McDonald, Braydon Hernandez; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Robert McDonald; her parents, Harvey Watson and Anny Lauvell Watson; one grandson, Joseph Derek McDonald; and two brothers, Charles Watkins and Kenneth Watson.

In compliance with the health and public safety directives, the funeral services for Mary will be private. She will be laid to rest next to her husband at Paradise Cemetery in Grand Rivers.
