Rick Armstong

Rick Armstrong, 54, of Smithland passed away at 4:35am on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at his home.
Mr. Armstrong worked for Paducah and Louisville Railroad and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. He also enjoyed gardening and spending times outdoors.
Surviving is his wife, Lorie Armstrong of Smithland; one daughter, Crystal (Jason) Faulk of Nortonville, KY; one stepdaughter, Kristin (Joseph) Mullins of Ledbetter; his mother, Alice Faye Armstrong of Smithland; one brother, Jeff Armstrong of Smithland; two granddaughters, Lillian Faulk, Paislee Mullins; one grandson, Gabriel Faulk; one niece, Alison Armstrong.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Armstrong; and one stepson, Corey Faughn
Funeral services will be at 12:00pm on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Smith Funeral Chapel with the Revs. B.J. Myrick and Wayne Carter officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery in Ledbetter.
Friends may call from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
